Humble Beginnings:

The Eternal Life Assembly began as a small fellowship in 2020. After Apostle Joshua Ahianyo felt called to start his own ministry, he left the Word of Life Apostolic Ministry in Koforidua with permission of Pastor Enoch Appiah-Danquah who asked him to leave and proceed once he is convinced of the call. Following prophetic confirmations and a shift in theological understanding from the End Time Message Movement whose ideology is based on William Branham, Apostle Ahianyo gathered young ministers of God for prayer and launched the fellowship on November 30th, 2020. Initially meeting on the Oyoko Methodist Basic School Park on Mondays for Bible study and Thursdays for prayer, the group used a donated speaker for sound amplification.

Growth and Expansion:

Driven by unwavering faith and generous donations, the fellowship soon secured rented land near the school park, allowing them to hold Sunday services starting in April 2021. A donated canopy provided needed shelter.

First Crusade and Ordination:

The fledgling ministry’s first major event was a crusade featuring international minister Pastor Chris Nmezi from Nigeria. On the final day, Apostle Ahianyo, Pastor Evans Lawer (Eternal Life Assembly), Apostle Stephen Kusi (Grace Word Ministry), Pastor Zion, and Apostle Joseph Godson Amadeus were ordained into ministry.

Prophecy and Land Acquisition:

During a New Year’s Eve service in 2021, Pastor Evans Lawer received a prophecy about Apostle Ahianyo purchasing land in April 2022. Despite financial limitations, the prophecy miraculously came true when an opportunity arose to purchase land. Combining two plots, the ministry dedicated their permanent worship space in April 2022, with esteemed guests like Pastor Riches Amoh, Apostle Augustine Kudavor, and Prophet Nester Arhin attending the ceremony.

Present Day:

Construction of the permanent structure is ongoing, and the congregation continues to serve the Lord in their peaceful new environment.
