This website will not attempt to answer questions of theology, doctrine and falsehoods relating to The Message. As the years pass since leaving the Message, I’ve realized that the things I am most passionate about have little relevance or offer no understanding to someone committed to William Branham.

When a follower of William Branham's message has a difficult question, particularly where the William Branham and the Bible appear to be in disagreement, it is common to hear message ministers advise them to put it "on the shelf"Join co-hosts Rod Bergen and Bryan Lynch as they pull some of these issues "off the shelf".

An examination of the prophecies, teachings and experiences of William Branham from the perspective of a former follower who has found new life in Jesus Christ This Website, combined with our Discussion Forum (which began in 2001), contains an abundance of resource information, including more than 3,600 discussions on virtually every topic William Branham either spoke or wrote about.

My name is Joseph Hefflin, and I have been a cult pastor for many years. I feel it is time for me to confess these things since by God’s wonderful Grace he has broken the bars of deception for me and pointed me to what is Truth, His Word. If you would not be familiar with what is called “a cult” a good description would be to fall under the leadership of a man instead of the Holy Ghost. In doing so you will be led to believe many things that are not Scripture and without realizing it, your faith will be overthrown. 2 Timothy 2:18.

Our overview section is a multi-part docu-series reviewing the highlights of over a decade of research into William Branham, his peers, his influencers, and the more critical issues with his claims to have been a "Seventh-Age Messenger" and "Twentieth Century Prophet". The episodes can be found on our videos page, and transcripts are available in the overview section.

The Bible instructs us to, “Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.” 1 Thessalonians 5:21. If anything needs to be proven or tested for authenticity, it is the many unusual claims that the late American preacher and faith healer, William Marrion Branham, made about God, the Bible and his life and ministry.

Today, many believers regard William Branham as the prophet Elijah sent to the Gentiles as foretold in Malachi 4:5-6 and as the seventh angel in Revelation 10:7, charged with preparing the Bride of Jesus Christ for His second coming. His teachings are referred to as the end-time message and are seen as a perfect exposition of the Word of God. A condition necessary for participation in the rapture is a belief in the message that is to prepare the Bride for her departure from this earth.

The Centers are a unique international network of evangelical cult research and education agencies. Our main goal is to equip Christians in the developing world for discernment, the defense of the faith, and cult evangelism. While a number of ministries seek to fulfill this biblical mandate in North America, there are next to none in the developing world, where many cultic movements are growing most quickly and with the least resistance; it is this need that the Centers were founded to meet.
